Refund policy
We would rather give your money back than keep it for something that did not help you.
- 14 days, no questions. If you ask within 14 days of any payment, including an annual renewal, we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, although it helps us to know.
- Try before you buy. The checker is free, so you can see exactly what it finds in your own file before paying anything.
- After 14 days. We do not normally refund after 14 days. If something has gone wrong on our side, for example a file we built that HMRC rejected because of a fault in Donor Schedule, please tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
- Cancelling the annual licence. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Your licence keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for, and it will not renew.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@donorschedule.co.uk with your order reference or the email address you used to buy. You can also ask Paddle directly using the link in your receipt, because Paddle.com is our reseller and handles returns. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
When we refund, the licence key for that payment stops working.
